I know I can play division 1 lacrosse. 

He sat in our office after a successful junior year, but with zero division 1 offers. 

He was a good player. He started playing varsity lacrosse his freshman year. Won a starting job his sophomore year. And had become a team captain and won the “unsung hero” award for his team in his junior year. 

He was the player that coaches loved to have on their team. He was a consistent producer, always repliable, high skill with a higher compete level. 

And yet despite all of this, he was now going into his senior year with no commitment, no d1 offers, and not sure what to do next. 

It wasn’t that he was at a bad school in or in a lower tier conference. He had teammates commit division 1 each season, some to top end lacrosse schools. In fact, he had conversations with coaches and scouts, but at the end of the day nothing serious.

“I don’t wanna sound cocky… but I’ve played with guys who had D1 commits that I know I’m better than. I just don’t get why I’m going under the radar here, my coach has even said I’m an impact player every time on the field.”

So we connected with a college coach who had seen him play and asked what the deal was. 

Ya – he’s a solid player. His coaches say his work ethic is insane. He’s super consistent. Good head for the game. Constantly makes an impact with or without the ball. Truthfully.. we just didn’t see the flash that would let his game translate to D1. The players that we’re confident are impact D1 players are so quick, and can blend strength and power in their game, he’s just missing a little pop.

We shared this feedback with him, and while it obviously stung, it was actually good news – he was a division 1 caliber lacrosse player if he could develop more speed and explosiveness.

So we offered to create him a program that would do just that. 

A program that was built specifically for the demands of lacrosse, and far different than the classic workouts he had been doing on his own. But we knew if he committed to 12 weeks he’d develop the physical attributes he needed to elevate his game.

What kind of equipment do I need?

This program was designed to be performed with a super basic gym setup. We don't believe in big fancy gym setups or the latest equipment.

This program includes: dumbbells, cables/bands, barbells, kettlebells, and mini-bands. For any exercise that may require a specialized piece of equipment (trapbar/landmine/etc.) we've included alternative exercises guide, but 95% of gyms will have exactly what you need.
